Replacement Policy (Defective Products Only)

We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you must report any defect within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a replacement.

Eligibility for Replacement

Replacements are only applicable for defective or damaged products, such as:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage during delivery

  • Incorrect or missing print

  • Wrong item received

Please note:

  • Size or fit issues are not considered defects and will not be eligible for replacement.

  • Ensure to check our size chart carefully before placing your order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement, contact us at lafango023@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number and name

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

  • A short description of the issue

Our team will review your request, and if approved, we will send you a replacement for the same product.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Important Notes

  • Replacements are not available for size or fit issues, personal preferences, or normal wear and tear.

  • Replacement will be processed only after the defective item is verified.

  • If the same product or size is unavailable, we may offer a replacement of equal value after confirmation from you.
