Replacement Policy (Defective Products Only)
We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you must report any defect within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a replacement.

Replacements are only applicable for defective or damaged products, such as:

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
How to Request a Replacement

Clear photos or videos showing the defect

A short description of the issue
Our team will review your request, and if approved, we will send you a replacement for the same product.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Important Notes

Replacements are not available for size or fit issues, personal preferences, or normal wear and tear.

Replacement will be processed only after the defective item is verified.

If the same product or size is unavailable, we may offer a replacement of equal value after confirmation from you.
